What is your return policy on Fiber Goods?
Every item is custom and handmade at Nautical Pine. All sales will be final.
What are the wash and care instructions for my Fiber Goods?
Cowls, coffee sleeves and beanies without a pom pom should be washed on a delicate cycle or in a delicates bag. Beanies with a pom pom should be spot cleaned only. Washing and drying the pom will ruin the pom pom. Dry on a delicate cycle or lay flat to dry.
Do you have a lifetime warranty on your knit products?
If something happens to your product - for example, snags, pulls, seams coming undone - please email nauticalpine@gmail.com. I will ensure that you product gets taken care of and fixed for you!

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Shipping is limited to within the US only.
Do you really hand knit all of the items?
That is correct! I hand knit every item you find at Nautical Pine! I receive the leather tags and pom poms from other makers who hand make those as well.
